Proposal (no implementation yet) to point the existing contradiction/evidence engine at public SEC filings instead of private SAP systems — removing the adoption barrier. Adds the narrative layer: what similar companies disclose that this one omits (PEER_OMISSION), what it quietly stopped saying (DROPPED_DISCLOSURE), when its long-stable script gets rewritten (SCRIPT_BREAK, per Lazy Prices JF 2020), and what its tone overstates relative to peers and its own XBRL numbers (NARRATIVE_INFLATION, EMPHASIS_ANOMALY, TONE_FUNDAMENTALS_GAP). Peer sets built from SIC + size via EDGAR frames. Reuses herb-nlp (TF-IDF/BERTopic + ruptures change-point) and extends the Worker/Critic/Ralph loop to narrative-pattern discovery with outcome back-testing.
